The big introduction day

mashfanficchick. We went to BJ's, and to Target, and I got some necessities, including 42 lbs of kitty litter.
Anyway, after our shopping she helped my bring stuff inside, and tried to meet Oreo, who hid under the bed. Then, after she left, I opened the bedroom door and let them interact.
It's gone pretty well. Oreo has explored the apartment. he and Sybil mostly ignored each other. When they did come face to face there was hissing and growling but no actual physical interaction, thank goodness. They are eating now, Sybil in the kitchen and Oreo in the bedroom. (It's Christie the Turtle's night to be fed, too) So, so far, so good.
Tomorrow I'll leave Oreo shut in the bedroom while I go to work, and continue letting him loose in the evening.
Spoke to the FWiB, all is well with him.
Only other thing of note is that somehow my cellphone screen got cracked. I don't know when or how, I assume some time today because I think I would have noticed it if it was earlier, though it's not a very obvious crack. So, I was planning on getting a new phone anyway, this just makes it more pressing.
And that's about all.
