Meeting night
Mar. 9th, 2018 10:28 pmThe Powers That Be at work decided that as some sort of team-building thing today without warning, all locations and departments would be split into teams, have to figure out a cipher having to do with the future and find it's attribution, and do this totally by e-mail. OK, I'll admit, once we at my location found out about it, it was kind of fun. The problem is, the clues were addressed to the managers, and my boss wasn't in today! So not until the clues were flying through the aether, so to speak, by e-mail, did we figure out something was going on. But we did finally open the bin with the material, and figure out our solution. Whiich puts us in the running to win chocolate for all.
So anyway, aside from that the day was pretty quiet. After work I called the FWiB, and we talked while I ate at Boston Market, and had hot chocolate at Dunkin' Donuts. After that I went to my meeting, and that was good. J came, so we took the bus back together, which is always nice.
And that's all there is to say, really. Have to get up early to work tomorrow, so I have to get to bed pretty soon.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. My meetings and the people there.
3. Not too cold today.
4. Coffee.
5. Friends.
6. Bed soon.
