Friday the 13th
Jul. 13th, 2018 10:19 pmActually with two exceptions things have been pretty OK today. Went to work, had a staff meeting with a tech type person where we learned things. The rest of the work day was fine, there was a drunk guy in who was a bit creepy but he didn't do anything.
After work I went to the church where my meeting is held and got the key to the upstairs door, by a lucky fluke there was a person walking dogs just when I got there, because the rectory is closed early because of summer hours. Turns out someone else had gotten there early and gotten the regular key to the downstairs where we have the meeting, so it turned out we had two keys.
But before the meeting, I went to dinner at Boston Market, and called the FWiB. That's one of the exceptions he's still sick and they had to put off his chemo that he was scheduled for today because he was running a fever. But we had a good talk, though short.
Then my meeting, which was small but successful.
Then came home, and the second exception. There was a note under my door, it turns out that there is electrical work being done, which I know, and they need access to my apartment, which I didn't know. Monday. No warning. Grrr.

mashfanficchick about a few tihings, among them going to Witchs fest on Sunday. So we'll see if she wants to go.
