No Carvel tonight.

Overslept a little but made it to work on time anyway. The day was OK, nothing special. Our new children's person is still out caring for her son. I did the teen lounge and got a few kids.

The Kid called, needing someone to go over to her new apartment Saturday in case the movers got there before she did, but I'm working Saturday so I couldn't. She contacted RK, and the upshot of that is that he will be joining us for Thanksgiving, which will be interesting.

My boss is letting me go early the day after Thanksgiving so hopefully I will be able to go to Vermont. I have to take to John and Denise to find out if I can get a ride home with them.

After work I texted mashfanficchick about Carvel, and then called the FWiB. He had chemo today so was feeling sort of out of it, so we said goodbye when I got home and didn't Skype. Still hadn't heard from mashfanficchick so I called, and she was sleeping, and too tired to go out, so no Carvel tonight. I ate one of my extra sundaes from previous weeks tonight after dinner so I got ice cream anyway.

Planning has started for the annual Torchwood Holiday party, hope I can make it.

I finished Two Dark Reigns last night, and today I took out Woman's World, which is a graphic novel set after the extinction of men. It's interesting but not as good as I hoped.

And that's how it is tonight.
