Somewhat disappointing day

Overslept a little but made it to work on time. I overslept because I hit the snooze button to many times, I hit the snooze button to many times because I woke up at a little after 4 for the bathroom and didn't get back to sleep til after 5.

Had a manga drawing workshop program, but I couldn't get any teens to go, so I opened it up to the younger kids and got a bunch. But it was disappointing to not get the teens.

After work I texted mashfanficchick to find out about Carvel tonight, but it turns out she's not feeling well, and so we didn't go out, another disappointment. I hope she feels better tomorrow.

I Skyped with the FWiB, and that wasn't disappointing. I used a set of earbuds, and I could hear hm fine over the background noise on the bus. Very nice. We Skyped on the phone til I got home, then I shifted to the computer.

Interesting thing, Oreo was being as close to affectionate as he's ever come with me tonight. He was coming up to me on the bed and wreathing around rubbing against me. He may even have been purring! We'll see if this behavior keeps up.

I searched on line to find a free e-card Valentine I could send the FWiB. So many e-card sites you have to pay now. It wasn't that way at the beginning of the internet! I found a site eventually.
