I finished the story today

I slept late, then got up and breakfasted and coffeed.

Skyped with the FWiB for awhile, then motivated myself to change the turtle's water. I took three buckets out, and replaced them with three buckets in, not spilling a drop til I got to the third bucket. Which I splashed all over myself and spilled on the floor. Feh.

Anyway, I also cleaned the cat pans. But after that I started working on the story I've been working on. And eventually I finished it. I suddenly realized it needed a sex scene, and that not realizing that was what had been holding me up. I haven't written too many stories with sex scenes, I have done it but it's not really my thing. But this one needed one.

So anyway, that was really the big thing of the day. I am so happy it worked out. I shall let it rest awhile, read it over, and then put it on AO3. I'll have to see if I can do an edited down to a rated T version for fanfiction.net. If I can't make it work, I'll have to forgo that.

Also I registered and paid for SHarecon. Next thing is reserving a room. Nervous about doing it myself, but I know I can do it.
