Happy Labor Day!

Last night after I wrote here, I got a phone call from![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick that she was home from PA and going out to eat with her mom and MJ, and did I want to come? Of course yes.
So we set out at a bit before 11, and went to a diner, where we waited about 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. So we left and went to a different diner. And we ate there, and had a good time talking, and ultimately I got home and got to bed around 3 am.
So obviously I slept very late. And I didn't really do anything today except go out to Dunkin' Donuts for a very late brunch. Aside from that I puttered online and read, and dozed for a bit.
The FWiB Skyped, we didn't talk long though but it was nice.
And I got an email from Betsy, the guy gave us an estimate for painting the cottage, it's a lot but I think we had better go with it and get it done this fall if possible. She also said the erosion abatement project is starting this week. So that's good. Going to be a mess while it's going though, glad I'm not there.
So that's everything.
