Holiday lunch and unexpected dinner

Went to work nice and early, bringing the Entenmann's cake I bought yesterday. The food for out lunch arrived nicely on time, and we all ate at 12 despite our scheduled times. It was nice, the food was good and all. We never got around to eating my cake, we had cranberry bread and pineapple upside-down cake, but it is safely in the fridge for tomorrow.

Did the gaming program with the teens, got a good number. Then got a text from mashfanficchick that they were going to Cheesecake Factory for dinner, and did I want to come? Of course yes.

So after work I Skyped the FWiB, and we talked til I got home and then I Skyped from there. mashfanficchick and her mother picked me up around 8 and we went out to Cheesecake Factory.

The Kid called me while I was there. Things are not looking too good for them getting back together, I'm afraid. Please pray if you're a praying person.

So aside from that it was a pretty good day.
