Impeached!
Dec. 18th, 2019 10:07 pmIt's official, the vote is in and Trump has been impeached. Now if we could only get the senate to convict...
But aside from that, it's been an odd day. I got up with enough time to get to work but I ended up going back to bed and being late.
Did a STEM program, Ooblek made from corn starch and water. It was a fiasco. But the kids enjoyed it. Then one of them managed to spill his or her Ooblek on one of the shelves, make a mess, and ruin several books.

mashfanficchick and her mother, but her mother decided she had to stay in and do work, so we couldn't. But I did Skype the FWiB, and that was nice. They have gotten rid of Spectrum in his building and gone with the city-run internet company they have ther.
After we Skyped I had dinner, and after dinner I took trash and recycling out. While I was putting it in the proper places, my phone rang and it was the Kid. So I ended up talking with her for a long time, til she felt better. She may call back later, though.
I made an appointment for Friday morning for a cleaner to come in. I need to tidy up some before they do, that's what I was trying to do tonight when the Kid called. Oh well, she comes first.
Gratitude List:

4. The snow didn't really get bad until after I got home.
5. Found a cleaner at short notice.
