Free day

I slept a little late, til 10 or so, then got up and had breakfast and coffee. Then Skyped the FWiB though we only had time for a little talk before he had to go to lunch.

After that I started my shredding again. Filled another recycling bag full, still have more to go, but I've made a noticeable dent.

After I finished the shredding I did the adding up to figure out how much Oldest Brother owes me for Christmas Eve dinner, which I have been needing to do since, well, Christmas Eve. My penguin calendar was delivered, and I put it up. Very nice.

And I facebook messaged Sue about the "save-the-date' card that hasn't arrived yet. She said she'd let Julie and Matt know.

Then the Kid called, and wanted me to keep her company on the phone while she got ready to go to PA to see friends. So I did, and fiddled on the computer while I listened to her.

When she got off, I kept playing on the computer til it was time to shower and dress to go out to my meeting. First I bought some shower gel ad went to the bank; then I ate dinner at Boston Market and went to my meeting. The meeting was small but good.

Came home and am now waiting for Oldest Brother to call.

A satisfactory day.
