Day with Oldest Brother

Got up and breakfasted and coffeed, then showered, washed my hair and dressed. Tidied the apartment a little. Then puttered on-line until Oldest Brother got here.

He helped me take out my recycling, of which there was a lot, and then we had nice refreshing gin and tonics. After that we cleaned the turtle tank. The turtle laid another egg. That's how we know for sure shes a female.

Aside from that we spent the day watching things on-line, and reading facebook, largely. One thing we watched was Prelude to Anaxar, which, if you haven't seen, go to youtube and watch.

Ordered a late lunch/early dinner from Seamless, gyros and baklava. Very good gyros, not so great baklava.

I gave him some books, and loaned him Peace Talks. He took a nap and I took the chance to Skype the FWiB. Later he took another nap when the Kid called me.

At 8:30 we called middle Brother, who is doing well.

I got my laundry together and before he left he drove me to drop it off. That's something I needed to do!

And now I'm waiting for him to get home and call me to let me know he's safe.
