Damn it all to hell and back

I don't know when I have felt this level of despair.

I can't even write a decent post.

With the death of Ruth Bader Ginsberg I feel like we've lost all hope for the future.

Skyped the FWib, Talked to the Kid.

Had a staff meeting during the day. No big deal.

Had my Al-anon meeting by Zoom, that was good but the Kid called me during it to tell me so that blew that away.

Talked to Oldest Brother, he's ging to spend the day tomorrow apartment hunting.

Nothing seems any good.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB. We Skyped for two hours today.

2. The Kid.

3. I have 12 likes on Hinge. None of them caused me to want to like them back.

4. My meetings and the people there.

5. One person there was an old member come back which was nice.

6. Good books.

Oh, it's the start of Rosh Hashanah. Happy New Year to all applicable. If any year after this will be happy.
