Back to work

Got to work on time, went to the deli to buy half-and-half first. Had a meeting in the morning which made the day pass quickly. Not much of note.

Then while I was waiting for the bus there was an e-mail from the president of the library. We are closing early on Wednesday due to the possibility of unsafe conditions after the election. That's scary stuff right there.

Went through Flushing and refilled my Metrocard and bought toilet paper from Duane Reed.

Skyped the FWiB when I got home. While we were talking the Kid called. The FWiB got off so she and I could talk. Then while we were talking Oldest Brother called, and the Kid got off so he and I could talk.

After I finished talking to Oldest Brother the FWiB and I Skyped again for a few more minutes. Then I got off to have dinner and feed the pets.

Getting up early tomorrow to vote. So nervous about the election.
