New Glasses!

I started out my day by going to my Al-anon meeting by Zoom. It went very well.

Then I showered and dressed, and headed over to Target. I gt my new glasses, and I am very happy with them. They look good, and I can see very clearly and crisply.

Then I went to the card section and picked out Valentines for both my brothers and the Kid. They won't get to them on time, but I have them at least. Waited a ridiculously long time on line to buy them.

Then I took the bus into Flushing where I refilled my Metrocard, deposited Oldest brother's stimulus check in his account, and went to Popeye's for a chicken sandwich and red beans and rice.

Came home and got on Zoom for the conversation part of the Starsky and Hutch episode watch. I stayed on for a few hour, it was a lot of fun.

Then I got off and called Oldest Brother for the second time, then I Skyped the FWiB. While we were talking the Kid called, and I talked to her a few minutes.

After we finished I puttered on line till 9:00, called Oldest Brother again, and then had dinner. Then I went to the bedroom and called the Kid again. We talked about knitting. I am thinking about getting a kit to learn crochet. I have tried before but never been able to pick it up. But I may try again.

Then I fed the pets, late, I have to admit. and here I am.

Oh, I recieved the form from the DMV that I have to submit to get Oldest Brother's insurance cancelled. That's a good thing. Now to get it sent out.
