Got some stuff done.

Slept late but not too late. Got up and had breakfast and coffee, then took a shower and dressed. The Kid called while I was showering so I called her back and we talked for awhile.

Then I got out and went to Flushing. Refilled my Metrocard, and then went to Duane Reed for yet another new phone charger to replace the other new one which died a few weeks after I got it. Grrr. Anyway, I'll be trying out the new new one tonight. Then I did some banking, and then I went to Lucia Pizza and had a slice, the first real pizza I've had in over a year! Lucia Pizza is really good, too.

Came home and got on-line and ordered a new pair of sneakers. My old ones have holes in both toes, which doesn't bother me to much but gives the Kid conniptions when she sees them, and I will be most likely wearing sneakers when I see her on Mothers Day in a few weeks.

Then I Skyped the FWiB and we had a nice time. Didn't talk as long as some nights cause he had to go downstairs and get his dinner. But it was nice.

Then I went and did some tidying in the kitchen. Bagged up recyclables. I had some cheese and crackers too.

After that I went to the bedroom and read The Burning Page. At a bit before 8:00 I had dinner, then called Middle Brother. He's doing OK, nothing new.

Then I fiddled around till it was time to call Oldest Brother for the third time. After that I called the Kid again but she didn't pick up.

During the day I checked the patient portal of the place that did my biopsies, and the site for my doctors, but in neither was there the results of the biopsies. Hopefully I'll hear tomorrow; if not, I have the surgeon's appointment on Tuesday. They called to remind me, as if I could forget.

And so that was my day.
