Pre-surgery stuff

mashfanficchick and zer mother took me.
The Covid test was, well, a Covid test... swab up the nose. Both nostrils. Ugh.
The pre-surgical screening was the same thing as last time except they didn't do an EKG this time bcause the last one was normal. Which is comforting to know.
After those, we went to Chipotle for lunch. They were having a BOGO sale, so I got a burrito for lunch, and one to take home for tomorrow.
Then they brought me home and I Skyped the FWiB. We talked until it was time for my meeting, and I got off to do that.
The meeting was very good. Afterward I had some yogurt in lieu of a full dinner, and puttered on line till it was time to call Oldest Brother again. Then I called the Kid, who I had called earlier as well, we were just starting to talk when she got another call. Oh well.
Meant to read after that but ended up playing solitaire till it was time to feed the pets. So here I am.
