Working Saturday
Sep. 18th, 2021 10:15 pmI hate working Saturdays. It was fairly quiet. Someone I know from my Al-anon meeting came in and that was nice. And I had some nice interaction with a trio of 13 year old boys, which was nice too. So it wasn'[t such a bad day. But I still hate working Saturdays.
Came home and Skyped the FWiB. Then had dinner, and bagged recycling which I am going to take out tomorrow morning. I have to clean the kitchen because the sink has stopped working, no water comes out of the faucet. It's been getting worse and worse for awhile and now it's stopped entirely. So I have to clean up so I can have the management company get a plumber in.
So that's what's going on with me. I called Oldest Brother three times as usual, and I called the Kid, but she didn't pick up.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. My meetings and the people in them, especially when I see them outside the rooms.
3. It didn't rain despite being grey and cloudy.
4. Day off tomorrow.
5. Fall flowers.
6. Saw a cat in a yard on the way to work.
