Day out with friends

Got up and had breakfast and coffee. Showered and dressed, and mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up at 1:00.

We went to lunch at Cheeburger Cheeburger, which was tasty. Then we went to BJ's. I got milk, cheese spread, and Halloween candy. Tomorrow I should put some decorations up!

After that they brought me back here where I left off my purchases, then went to mashfanficchick's place and dropped off theirs. Then we went and picked up Dori.

With Dori onboard we went to Martha's for dessert and hot drinks. I got cheesecake and hot chocolate.

We sat and talked for a few hours, and it was very nice.

And then I came home and fed the pets, and now I need to get to bed!

Chemo day, but fun afterward

I got up a bit late, hit the snooze too many times, but I was almost ready when mashfanficchick and zer mother came to pick me up, just had half a cup of coffee to gulp down.

So I had my chemo early, they called yesterday and asked me to come in at 11 instead of 12. So I got out earlier too, of course. The chemo was easy, though I had the same problem with my right leg getting restless, but i got through it mostly OK, I didn't have to stand up this time or anything.

We went out to lunch, mashfanficchick and I got poke,(there's supposed to be an accent mark over the e but I don't know how to do it) and zer mother got something else. We ate outside and it was very nice.

The we went to the Queens mall, and ze did some shopping for work clothes. I didn't get anything, didn't see anything that interested me. Then we went to Target, and after that to Old Navy.

After that they brought me home because it was just time for my Al-anon meeting. That was small, just three of us, but good.

After that I Skyped the FWiB for a brief but nice time.

After that I called Oldest Brother for the third time. Then I had some cheese and crackers as sort of dinner, and then I called the Kid. She didn't answer, but she called me back in a bit and we had a nice talk.

And then I fed the pets, and here I am.
