Last Day Of Chemo!

Today was the last chemo session. No I didn't get to have a little ceremony and "ring the bell", but everyone congratulated me and that was nice.

Before I got picked up, though, I did some cleaning work around the apartment, and I put more decorations on the tree. It's looking good! Cousin Sue facebook messaged to get Oldest Brother's address and to verify mine and the Kid's. Cousin Laurie texted and wished me well.

Then I showered and dressed and waited for mashfanficchick and zer mother to pick me up and take me there. They were able to get blood through my port for a change. I had the restless leg problem again, but no big deal. I go back in three weeks for blood work, and I assume I'll see the doctor and she'll tell me what's next. That's January 4th.

After I was done, they picked me up and we went and got the Kid, and then went out to dinner at Chiles. I called or texted my Al-anon group and told then I was cancelling tonight.

We had a nice time, and all was good. Got a free dessert of cheesecake to bring home, so when i got here I ate that.

Skyped the FWiB, and Fed the pets, not in that order. and now i'll get ready for bed.
