Had the bone density scan today

First I had breakfast and coffee, and showered and dressed, and then mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up. We went and got lunch, I had a bagel with lox and cream cheese.

Then they took me to the scan. It was in the same complex as where I had both the surgeries, but a different part of it of course. It was, basically, a long wait for a short procedure. Ince they got to me it took almost no time at all. The doctor should have the results by the end of the week, though this was only to establish a baseline.

Anyway, after that we did grocery shopping for dinner tonight and for various people who are currently sick, and I spotted something for the Kid. I'm going to hold on to it till her birthday. She calledwhile we were there, with some good news about her prospective business.

We dropped off the supplies at people's apartments, and then went to mashfanficchick's place, where ze started dinner and we settled in to watch Lonestar.

Lonestar was exciting, and cliffhangery, and dinner (pork roast, carrots, and mashed potatoes) was delicious.

Worried about Oldest Brother, he's apparently had a headache all day and never told anyone but me, but he told me he told the staff there so I thought he was being taken care of, and he wasn't. I ended up calling nursing and she was very defensive. Hopefully something will be done tomorrow.
