A Zoom day

Started out by oversleeping and being late for my Zoom Al-anon meeting. But not too late, so that was OK. I got in just in time to read the last two Traditions. Anyway, it looks like we will not be moving the meeting into the church we thought we were. Pity.

Anyway, after the meting I puttered around for an hour and a half, had my breakfast and coffee, read the internet and called Oldest Brother.

Then at 2:00 it was time for the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat. Except we didn't watch an episode of Starsky and Hutch. We watched an episode for The A-team which used the same plot as the Starsky and Hutch episode Bloodbath, the one where Starsky is shot in the Italian restaurant. The idea was to compare the two episodes. Not surprisingly we though Starsky and Hutch did it better except for a few small details.

Then we chatted for several hours, a very nice time. Oreo actually got on camera for the first time, he usually stays well out of my Zoom calls.

After we finally got done, I called Oldest Brother for the second time, had something to eat, and Skyped the FWiB. We had a good time too.

After we got off, I called Oldest brother for the third time, then started to go to get dinner, when the Kid called. So we talked for about a half hour, and then I got my dinner, and here I am.

All in all a very nice, quiet but fun day. After this I am going to go and read more of City of the Dead.
