Computer day
Mar. 19th, 2022 10:11 pmMeant to get up early enough to get breakfast before my Al-anon meeting, but overslept, and just had time for coffee. Then I went to the meeting which was very good.
After that I tossed on some clothes and went and got breakfast from the bagel place. I put in a Shipt order, and I called![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick but she said she wasn't up to anything today. So I puttered online for a bit, and then it was time for the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat. The episode was Manchild on the Streets. That's a good one. We had fun with the chat. My Shipt order was delivered while we were chatting, but I only missed a bit.
After that I called Oldest Brother for the second time, and had some cheese and crackers, and then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice time talking. BTW, the reason that I didn't hear from him yesterday night before I posted was that for some reason he wasn't getting my e-mails. They just didn't show up. I finally Skyped him and we talked a bit then, before bed.
Anyway, after I finished with the FWiB I actually did something physical, I changed the water in the turtle tank. It was late by then, though, so I didn't clean the filter. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow. That was exhausting but the turtle looks much happier so it was worth it.
Then I had dinner, and suddenly realized that I had forgotten to plug my Nook into the computer to charge all day, and it was at 10% when I turned it off last night. I plugged it in and read while it charged. I finished Spelunking through Hell, which is actually rather misnamed. It's at 83% now. I'll leave it till I go to bed, and finish charging it tomorrow.
Called Oldest Brother for the third time, and called the Kid. The kid has been working all day at the coffee shop.
Now going to read for a bit while the Nook charges; there is a novella included with Spelunking through Hell that I'm going to read.
