Fifth Day at Home

Today was supposed to be my free day so I wouldn't have been in work in any case. I took a new Covid test and it was, unsurprisingly, positive. So I called up work and told them I wouldn't be in tomorrow. We'll see about Monday.

I slept late again, then did the test. I puttered around online, and then Skyped the FWiB. We were talking a little less than an hour when we got interrupted, and had to stop.

So I watched an episode of Sense8. I want to get back into watching it again, I think I'm almost done and it's a pity not to finish. Then I have to go back and finish The Expanse.

Anyway, after I finished Sense8, the FWiB Skyped again, and we talked for another half hour.

Then I went into the bedroom and read for awhile.

Just before 7:00, I came out of the bedroom to get ready for my Al-anon meeting, which I was going to phone in to, and my printer ink that I ordered the other day arrived. So that was good.

I went to the meeting, we only did the Beginners meeting, not the 8:00 meeting, so I had dinner and then changed the ink in the printer. And it worked when I printed! So I printed out a copy of the new story for Oldest Brother to read.

Then I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and the Kid. The kid had texted me earlier, too.

I fed the pets, and started here, and that was the day.
