Good day

I got up earlier than I thought I needed to, but it was good as the super came by with the key for the garbage site gate at 10:30 rather than 11 like he said he would.

I watched the turtle for awhile, and decided to try her on some food. I gave her a little, and she ate it! So that was wonderful.

After that I showered and dressed, and mashfanficchick called and said ze and zer mother were on their way over.

We went to Target for some snacks and Starbucks, then into Manhattan to Bryant Park for the Holiday Market. We ate there, for lunch. Then we looked around, and I got one small thing for the Kid for Christmas.

At around 5:30 we finished there, and went over to Union Square to that market. We had dinner there, and looked all around, I didn't buy anything else but had a good time.

Finally we went to the Strand bookstore. I love the Strand. I bought two books for the Kid, three for mashfanficchick, and one for me, the first book in the Iron Druid chronicles. I keep seeing people in Dresden fandom talk about them, so I figured I'd give it a try.

Then I called Middle Brother, who is fine, and Oldest Brother for the third time.

We came back to Queens and went to Stop and Shop where I got milk and sugar free creamer.

They brought me home, and i Skyped the FWiB. And I fed the turtle, who ate again. So I think she is on the mend, I hope!
