Meeting night
Feb. 14th, 2023 10:03 pmWas on time again today, yay me! Work was very nice actually. Almost everyone brought in something for Valentine's Day. I feel rather guilty I didn't.
I did the Teen Lounge with a valentine's craft added, and got a whole bunch of teens at different times. I lost track but feel 17 isn't unrealistic.
After work I came home and called Oldest Brother for the second time. He didn't answer, so I called![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick and told zer that the check from the Cheesecake Factory class action lawsuit arrived. $16.35, which is not to be sneezed at. I also confirmed plans for tomorrow. Then I called Oldest Brother back, this time he answered and said it didn't ring before, so I don't know what happened, Anyway, all is well.
Then I Skyped the FWiB, which was nice as always. After that I did my Al-anon meeting by Zoom. Small, but good.
After the meeting I had dinner and then called Oldest Brother again. I also called the Kid, but I forgot it's Valentine's Day and she's with the new guy so she didn't answer.
I got into my pajamas, which I normally don't do till just before I go to bed, but I wanted to be more comfortable.
Tomorrow I have to get up and get showered and dressed and breakfasted by 11 when I have the first training for the Teen Reading Ambassador Mentors. It's only an hour, and virtual, thankfully, or I would have had to have cancelled by ENT appointment because it's mandatory. So after that I get picked up[ between 12:15 and 12'30 for a 1:15 appointment. And then hopefully they clear my ear.
So that's all that's going on. I hope everyone had a very nice valentine's Day.
