Nothing much going on
Apr. 5th, 2023 10:25 pmI made it to work on time, again only because the bus was late picking up, but at least I made it.
I used the morning to put a second coat on the Paper Mache letters. They look nice.
Did the Teen Lounge for the second time in the week, which I am going to be doing regularly from now on, but today was not a success, because there were no kids in the library when the program started. This was probably due to Spring Break starting tomorrow. I did get four kids though so that's better than nothing.
After work I called Oldest Brother for the second time and Skyped the FWiB. Then I had dinner and called Oldest Brother for the third time, then the Kid. The Kid didn't answer though.
I played around with my TV and downloaded Hulu, which I can use to watch Lonestar till
mashfanficchick comes back from Dani's. I texted zer because ze has offered me the use of zer Hulu password in the past, but ze didn't answer. I think it's probably because ze's doing Dani's seder at the moment.
Tomorrow I have outreach at the Greek American school with Samantha S. Should be fun. Then I have a virtual program, Write a Haiku. which to my utter surprise has 8 people signed up. That's the most I've ever gotten for a virtual program.
That's about all there is to say.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Have Hulu on my TV.
3. Got a few kids for my program.
4. Didn't get massively wet in the rain on the way home.
5. My turtle.
6. Bed soon.
