Working Saturday

Made it to work early, was the first one there, so that's good. The day was quiet but there was a small but steady stream of people in.

I made flyers for all my July programs and I'll put them out next week. That was the main thing I did today.

Came home and called Oldest Brother for the second time. He is getting the Robitussin now, so I assume he's getting the antibiotics too. He feels a bit better. I called the Kid, and she picked up so we talked a bit, nothing much new.

Then I Skyped the FWiB and we talked for a nice long time. When I got off, I paid some bills. Then it was just about time for dinner so I ate, then went to the bedroom where I called mashfanficchick about plans for tomorrow. We're going to Pridefest again this year. So I'll be getting up and going to meet zer and travel in together.

After I called zer, I texted Brianne about the possibility of going in together on internet for the cottage this year. Alas, she said she had decided not to get wifi this year. Maybe next year. I also facebook messaged Maritza to see if she wanted to join us for Pridefest tomorrow, but she doesn't. The winery trip that had been planned for today was cancelled, so I'm hoping they'll reschedule and I can make it.

Then I called Oldest Brother again for the third time.

Puttered on my phone till pet-feeding time, and then I fed the pets and made myself a cup of decaf. And here I am.

The Russian coup attempt seems to have fizzled, sadly enough. We'll see what happens next though, Putin lost a lot of face with this.
