Day in Manhattan
Sep. 8th, 2023 11:02 pmI got up at 6:15 to make sure I got to work on time. I took the 44 bus to the 7 train, then that to Times Square, and the 1 train to Lincoln Center. I made it by 8:00, quite early, so that's good. The meeting was actually two meetings, the first served us breakfast, and the second served lunch, so I got two meals from the job today. It was pretty interesting, and I enjoyed it.
After the meeting ended I headed back to Flushing by retracing my steps, and then took the 50 bus to the Bronx for my Al-anon meeting.
Got there by 6:45. so no chance to Skype the FWiB then. The meeting was very good.
Came home, and called Oldest Brother for the third time, then called![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick about tomorrow. They are picking me up at 8:30 so I need to get to bed soon.
Then I Skyped the FWiB, and had fun.
After that I fed the pets and started here.
All in all a successful day.
