Saw Oldest Brother
Jan. 6th, 2024 11:25 pmGot up this morning and had breakfast and coffee, then went to my Al-anon meeting by Zoom. It was very good, step one.

mashfanficchick. We ended up going to Panera to use their wifi to go to the Starsky and Hutch chat which today was dedicated to a wake for David Soul. Also got food while we were there too. It was very good to share with other people the sadness.
Just when we had decided the time to leave had come, the chat ended, and we went to the hospital and I got to see Oldest Brother. He is still Covid positive so they made me wear a gown, mask, and gloves to see him. He looks pretty good. Took him awhile to wake up when I got there, but he did and we had a good visit. He still isn't up to where he was but he can talk a little and knew what was going on.
Anyway, after I left we went to BJ's and then Shopright for some things. I got milk because I was out.
Then came home and Skyped the FWiB. Had a very nice time talking.
And now it's time for bed.
It snowed a lot today but mostly didn't stick, and then turned to rain.
