Nice times

Got up late, but even so made it to my Al-anon meeting in Bowne Park on time. There was a ceremony going on in the park to rename part of the street after a late city councilman. So that meant we had to move our meeting spot farther away from the street. But we managed.

Got a ride to the diner with C, and had a pepperjack grilled cheese with bacon on rye, and iced coffee. Yummy. Got a ride home from C.

Popped into the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat, missed the episode sadly (It was Dandruff) but had a nice time chatting.

We are going to start a Starsky and Hutch slash community on Dreamwidth. I'm going to be one of the admins. Watch this space for announcements!

The chat ended a bit early, so I used the time to work on my Spooktober story. It is now almost 5500 words, and almost done!

After that I Skyped the FWiB, for about an hour and a half. Then I puttered on line, and played solitaire, til pet feeding time.

Now going to either work on the story more, or go to bed and read, not sure which.
