Some good news

Overslept this morning, rushed breakfast and coffee and shower, and went by Uber to my Al-anon meeting at Bowne Park. And I found that today was the last meeting we're going to have to have in the park! We have at long last a physical home. The church is the closer of the two that had been possibilities, and should be easy for me to get to by bus though I'll start by Ubering. I also volunteered to be the speaker at next week's meeting so I'll be the inaugural speaker at the new place.


So that was very good. After the meeting, took a walk around the park with some other members, then went to the diner. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, and iced coffee.

Then got a ride home with C. Went to the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat, and got there in time to see the last 10 or 15 minutes of Deckwatch. The chat went on til 8, and was a lot of fun.

At 8 I Skyped the FWiB and we talked for almost an hour and a half. Then read on the net til pet feeding time. Fed the pets and started here.
