Got up early today

I don't know why, but I woke up and didn't want to go on sleeping so I got up and had breakfast and coffee. I did a little cleaning, not much. and then I got my laundry together.

I took a shower and dressed, and then took the laundry down to the laundromat and dropped it off. I put my pink jacket in, it's washable, and i hope it comes through all right.

I came back and rested a bit, then took recycling out and walked around the block.

Then I did some overdue work on the turtle tank, took two buckets of water out and put three in. It's still not enough water, maybe I'll do more tomorrow.

I played a lot of solitaire, and I read for an hour. I'm reading Death Trick by Richard Stevenson, the first of the Donald Strachey mysteries.

At 6 I left for mashfanficchick's place. Now that the time has changed it's dark by 6, and chillier.

We called in Jersey Mike's for dinner, and watched Lonestar. Then we had fruit and whipped cream for dessert, and I got an Uber home, though the first Uber that was supposed to come suddenly veered off the route and cancelled the ride, i have no idea why.

Finally got home and Skyped the FWiB for a few minutes. We are both very worried about tomorrow. I've seen it compared to waiting for the results of a biopsy, and there is much to be said for the analogy.

Now going to finish up here and go to bed, I have a busy day tomorrow.
