Not very creative today

Started out with breakfast and coffee, somewhat late. Then I changed the light bulb in the living room. That was scary, I have high ceilings, about 8 and a half feet or so, and the ladder I have barely reaches. I have to stand on the top step you're not supposed to stand on in order to barely reach the lamp. But I managed it without either falling or dropping anything. I nearly dropped the thing that holds the glass cover on but I didn't.

Anyway, I accomplished that, and at 1:30 went to the Starsky and Hutch creative work session. Sadly, while I enjoyed chatting a great deal, I got almost no writing done. I just don't know where anything is going. I started another story, but again I don't know where it's going. That's three now.

At 7:30 we got off and I Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice time. At 8:30 I took a break and called Middle Brother. He is doing fine but they haven't replaced his glasses yet.

At 9ish I had dinner, then called mashfanficchick about tomorrow. No definite plans yet, I'll call tomorrow morning.

I went and lay down. and played solitaire. I meant to only do so until pet feeding time, but I sort of dozed off and didn't get up til 11. Then I got up and fed the pets, and started here.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB. Tomorrow is our anniversary of sorts.

2. The Starsky and Hutch fandom.

3. Middle Brother is good.

4. I found the two Al-anon books on my shelves i was looking for.

5. The light bulb is changed and it's bright in here again.
