Day before Thanksgiving

Got up at 9 to get to Hicksville to meet Middle Brother. Had breakfast and coffee, showered and dressed, got the 44 bus to Jamaica and got the train. I cheated a little, got myself a senior ticket even though I'm only 62, not 65. Got to Hicksville by 12, and since I had said between 11:30 and 12:30, I think that's pretty good.

Got a call from the hospital, good news, Oldest Brother is down to a nasal cannula, and is off the pressors. Still in ICU though may be out tomorrow morning. Here's hoping.

Went back the way I came, they never collected my tickets, so I am going to use them tomorrow.

Took the 44 bus from Jamaica, it actually broke down just before our stop. It was a nice day though so we just walked. We went to Popeye's and I got us chicken sandwiches.

Came home and we listened to music all afternoon. I found an Irish music station on Pandora and he loved it.

mashfanficchick called and we had a brief conversation.

At 6:30 I ordered us dinner via Seamless. It took far longer to get here than it was supposed to, so I Skyped the FWiB while we were waiting. I got Middle Brother spaghetti with Marinara sauce, and me penne Carbonara.

Then I set up the air mattress and Middle Brother is trying to sleep while I do this with minimal light.
