Did some things

mashfanficchick asking me to do her a favor involving Ubering (on zer) over to zer place. I said yes, and fell asleep again. Since ze hadn't given any timeframe, i wasn't too worried, and when I got up I had breakfast and coffee, and showered and dressed, then call zer. Turns out ze didn't need me after all and had texted to that effect. I got the text, but having been half asleep at that point, didn't comprehend what it said, and sort of forgot about it. So we got that straightened out, and I went to visit Oldest Brother in the hospital.
Mentally he didn't seem as good as the last time I was there, but still OK. Physically they tell me he is doing very well and may be out of ICU soon, they said possibly today but no one's told me anything since then so I assume not today.
Came home, texting the Kid, who wanted to know what I had done about getting a safe deposit box. So I made an appointment with Bank of America for tomorrow, to see if I can get one.
Once I got home, I burned a new CD for Middle Brother of the Clancy Brothers album he wants which I could only get as an Amazon mp3 download. I had burned one before but accidentally had done it twice on the same disc, and I didn't want to give him that. My DVD drive in the laptop gave me a lot of grief, I may have to get an external. Looked it up, and fortunately they are quite cheap.
After that I didn't do much til 7:00 when I Skyped the FWiB. We had a good time but he has an awful cough which worries me.
At 8:00 I got a text from D that M wasn't coming to the meeting tonight. Since I hadn't heard from S I was going to cancel, but I asked S again if he was coming and this time he said yes, so I didn't cancel. It was a good meeting.
After that I had dinner, the leftover Chinese food from the other day, It was delicious reheated.
Then I made a cup of decaf, and after I drank it, i went to the bedroom and played solitaire til pet feeding time.
And now I'm going to go to the bedroom and read my Agatha Christie.

3. Taking the last of my antibiotics tonight.
