And staying over once more

Got up and had breakfast and coffee, showered, dressed and packed to go to mashfanficchick. When I went out, I discovered that my Girl Scout cookies had been delivered, so I brought those in, then left.

Met zer in Starbucks and had a peppermint mocha. Then we went to the deli and got things to have later for lunch, and went and worked in zer mother's house.

Mosly we packed books. I took a whole bunch of Agatha Christies, and a Harry Kemmelman. We worked for quite awhile, then ate our lunch, and worked awhile longer.

Then we went back to zer place t take a break. Watched an episode of Rescue: Hi-surf. Then we went back and continued working. We went on for several hours, more book packing. I got a Joseph Wambaugh. And I found a book or the FWiB, a Molly Ivins ARC.

We came back here finally and had dinner. Zer microwave died, tomorrow ze is going to have to get a new one. We watched another episode of Rescue: Hi-surf and then went and did some work in the kitchen.

And now I'm borrowing zer laptop for this.

Unstapled!

Overslept this morning after having been up til after 3:00 last night. It was almost 1:00 when I woke up, and since my doctor's appointment was at 2:00, that was an issue.

I hurried as much as possible, and was just putting on my shoes when RK arrived to take me to the doctor and run mashfanficchick to errands.

I got to the doctor just on time, and, just as last time I was there, waited forever to be seen. But when she did get to me, she said the incision had healed nicely, and, snip, snip, snip, snip, snip, she removed the staples. Didn't even use a local, just snipped them. Then she put a few strips on it, which she said will come off on their own, and told me to come back for my already scheduled appointment on June 10th.

So that took til a little after 4:00. I texted mashfanficchick who had just finished picking up zer new microwave, and they came to collect me.

We went back to mashfanficchick's place and I collected my stuff, including my box of Agatha Christie novels, and ze dropped off the microwave and took the old one out, and then we went to eat.

We ate at a pho place, I had the brisket pho and Thai iced tea, plus we split a summer roll. Delicious, everything.

Then we went to U-Haul for mashfanficchick to pick up some supplies, and then they brought me home.

I got here a bit after 7:00, just time to Skype the FWiB until 8:00 when I had my Al-anon meeting by Zoom. Which was very good.

After that I read online and then went to the bedroom to lie down and play solitaire til pet feeding time.

After I fed the pets, I had some cheese and crackers, and three mandarin oranges for dinner.

Forgot to say yesterday I talked with mashfanficchick and Martha. We're going to share a room at SHarecon, the three of us, if mashfanficchick decides to come, if not Martha and I will room together. So that's settled.
