Restful day
Oct. 21st, 2025 10:17 pmAnother day of doing very little. I slept late again, til almost 12:00, then got up and had breakfast and coffee. Called ![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
mashfanficchick to see if anything was up. Nothing was. Took a shower and washed my hair.
Dressed, and then took out the garbage and walked around the block. Puttered online. Called about winterizing the cottage, they were supposed to call me back and didn't, so I'll have to call back tomorrow.
While i was making calls, I finally called the building management company to complain about the front door, after having emailed twice and gotten no response. The guy, who had an accent so thick I could barely understand him, said he'd look into it. I emailed again, just because. And if still nothing happens, I'll call 311.
The Kid texted me and we had a short conversation.
At 5:00ish I was reminded that the third season of The Diplomat has dropped on Netflix, so I watched the first episode. Very good.
At 7:00 I Teamed the FWiB, and we talked til I had to get off for my Al-anon meeting at 8:00. It was small, but M and S were there which was nice.
After that I had dinner, and then went into the bedroom to play solitaire and callmashfanficchick again to see about tomorrow. Ze has plans but possibly we'll get together in the afternoon. If not, Thursday for 911.
Then it was pet feeding time, and I fed the pets. And started here.
Bed soon, and reading more of Wooing the Witch Queen.
