I got Drunk-called at 12 midnight

As I was settling down into bed last night the FWiB called me at midnight. He was rambling and kind of incoherent though, but even so it was good hearing from him. Then today when I called him he actually answered. Again, rambling and incoherent. So sad. It hurts.

Aside from that the day was pretty routine. Went to my meeting in the evening, that was very good.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB is at least still alive.

2. My meeting and the people there.

3. Didn't snow to heavily.

4. Good books.

5. Quiet day at work.

6. Nutella.

What he needs is to get help, but I doubt at this point he ever will. It's sad, he really was a wonderful person before the addiction took hold so hard. And now he's... broken. *sigh*
