silver_chipmunkOldest Brother and I took Middle Brother to see Dr Strange today. It was a lot of fun. I have had a soft spot for Dr Strange ever since the 70s when I saw the, in retrospect, very, very bad made-for-TV movie. I believe I recorded on here when I saw it again on Youtube, and how appallingly bad it was. But anyway, this movie is much better in all ways, though I do understand the anger some have expressed in changing the Ancient One from an Asian male to a white female.
Anyway, after the movie we went to Five Guys as usual for lunch/dinner. Though we stopped briefly at the Stop and Shop so i could get cat food. Five Guys was delicious as usual, and I ran into a fandom acquaintance, which was pleasant.
After that they dropped me off her and i spent the rest of the day reading The Curse of Chalion again.
