Working Saturday

silver_chipmunkBah humbug. But the day started with a call from mashfanficchick to let me know that Dani had her baby, so welcome Winnie to the world. 10 lbs, 6 oz, big baby!
Work was OK, I did a Computer Tutor session which went better than I expected. And the boss has me doing a series of fourth grade classes. I know nothing about forth grade classes, but I'm willing to try.
Missed the first bus after we closed because a coworker left her phone in the building and we waited while she got it and put the alarm back on. Since I had planned to go to the grocery store on the way home this was annoying. I was still shopping, in fact had just gotten started, when the FWiB called. So I talked to him as I shopped, and the The Kid called, and I talked to her while he held on. The Kid is doing some sewing, a vintage pattern using Dr Who themed fabric. Should be a fascinating dress when finished.
Had grocery store sushi for dinner, yummy, now feeding the cats and turtle.
Tomorrow, more cleaning.
