Or possibly allergies but I think it's a cold. Blergh.

Day started with therapy which went well. Then I went to work, had a quick lunch, and went to the local school to do a 4th grade class visit. Which, since I'm trained for teenage visits, was an interesting experience. But it worked out well.

Went back, the rest of the day went normally, except the air conditioning is so over-active we actually had a heater going and huddled next to it.

After work I went to Boston Market for dinner, and then walked to Rite Aid to get some supplies for the cold, which by then I was fairly certain was coming on. Got zinc lozenges, and some store brand version of Dayquel.
The FWiB called while I was on my way and we had a good conversation while i waited for my meting, which was good as always.

Came home, and when I got here I found a notice from my insurance provider that my mental health provider, that's my therapist and psychiatrist, are no longer going to be part of my insurance network, which means I either will have to pay out of pocket, or go somewhere else. I am not happy about this to say the least. In fact, I'm really pretty pissed off.

Gratitude List:

1. Therapy.

2. My meetings and the people there.

3. The FWiB.

4. Cold medicines.

5. Flowers blooming.

6. The UK election results.

Health insurance is so jacked up. It's hard enough to find good therapists/doctors without having to worry about the insurance covering it. I hope you can find a good solution.

I hope you're not coming down with a cold! Although allergies can get just as bad.
I feel your pain about switching doctors because of insurance. I had to change my daughter's pediatrician recently for the same reason and we're still upset about it. I hope I can go back to her someday. Stupid insurance changes.
