The plumbers visit

This time it turned out they needed to install the risers for the bathroom... in my bedroom closet. *sigh* This meant I had to spend the day in the living room, and the cats had to be locked in the bathroom, which they hated. And I had to totally empty my closet.

And although they left for the day at around 2:30, they aren't done yet. I have to make an appointment for them to come back and finish the ceiling and floor and reinstall the shelf.

So anyway, after they left I got in touch with mashfanficchick and went out with her and her mother to g to dinner at Blaze and then walk through the mall and the Target there. I ended up buying a cheap evening bag because when I had to empty my closet I found that my silver clutch purse wasn't in it. I have no idea where it is, i haven't used it since The Kid's wedding. So in case I can't find it before Sara's wedding I bought this new bag.

Obviously I skipped my meeting, but I did talk to the FWiB.

I'm glad your cats survived the ordeal. I understand, my dogs are the same way when we have to confine them.

Yeah, it's rotten to ave to lock them up, but sometimes it's just necessary.
