Carvel night

silver_chipmunkSo I should say that last night after I posted here I saw something sad on facebook, Mrs. Mullane, our next-door neighbor at the cottage, died yesterday. I called Oldest Brother to let him know, because he was awake at his security job, and I texted The Kid, thinking she was asleep, but she wasn't and texted me back. So I arranged that we would send flowers from all of us, and that's what I did today from work. So I'm sad about that because she was a sweet person and a very good neighbor to us.
But anyway, aside from that, the day was pretty normal. After work the FWiB called, he was feeling OK but "strange" after his chemo today, and we didn't talk long. Then I went out withmashfanficchick and her mother to Carvel and then Applebee's.
Made plans for the winery trip Saturday. I'm sleeping over at her house Friday so I may not be able to post that night.

5. Didn't get rained on... managed to miss all the intermitant rain.
