Another quiet vacation day

Spent reading and puttering online. Slept later than I should have, didn't do much else. The FWiB called, and we talked, which was good. He may not be able to call tomorrow though.

Went over to mashfanficchick's for dinner, which was seared tuna steaks, and veggies. Rice pudding for dessert. Had a nice time, got a ride home.

There's talk about a new Starsky and Hutch reboot going to be made. UGH! PLEASE NO!

And that's about all there is too say.

Bed and some reading now.

I heard about a whole slew of reboots yesterday and the one I reacted the most strongly to was Starsky & Hutch. I think the odds of the new cast and scripts capturing the things I love about S&H without destroying the bond between the characters or their individual charms is very close to zero. In fact, I expect the odds of it being as awful as the 2004 S&H movie is 98%.
