Frustrating morning

silver_chipmunkI forgot to turn on my alarm so I was an hour late getting up. Bjorn wouldn't eat, and then he threw up. I made the bus (not the one I should have gotten but the next one) and I was pretty happy about that, but then construction held us up so much it took 20 minutes to get down Linden. So I as a half hour late for work.
I realized I had a STEM program to do today, so I took the path of least resistance and did borax and glue slime. That went pretty well. In fact the rest of the day was OK.
After work the FWiB called. He's going to be moved to a new room because since he's in chemo he's supposed to have a private room. Which everyone forgot until now. Hope he gets a telephone!
mashfanficchick and her mother picked me up at 8:00 and we went to Uno for dinner, and then Carvel. Nice time.
And Bjorn did eat dinner though not as much as I hoped. Tomorrow he gets his appetite stimulant again. Hope I can pill him!
There is utterly amazing fog outside tonight.
