Not feeding Bjorn tonight

I think he's too far gone for the syringe now. He's alive but only just, I think he may be gone by tomorrow morning. Still don't think he's in any pain and I don't regret not having him put to sleep. Let him go peacefully at home.

Anyway, the day started with therapy. I cried all th way through it, talking about Bjorn.

Came home and lay in bed reading and napping with Bjorn beside me. Finished the seconf Godstalker omnibus, the one I had downloaded. Downloaded the next book, there's eight in all plus short stories.

Got up in time for my meeting, had dinner at Boston Market as usual.

The FWiB called, he's doing oK.

No one could make it to the meeting except me and a newcomer so I did the best I could. She didn't go to the second meeting so I left at 8:15 and came home.

1. Bjorn not in pain.

I am very glad you're getting some good time with Bjorn but very very sad he is passing. Do you have any photos of him you can share? My mental picture of him keeps switching from a black cat to a tabby to a Slyvester. I have no idea what he really looks like (which may or may not be attributable to my memory problems).

I haven't been able to post a picture on DW yet. But he was a large tuxedo cat, less white than a lot of tuxes. His face was all black, but he had white down under his chin, and a white chest and tummy and paws.
