silver_chipmunkWorked an eight hour day today, because I was supposed to have a class coming in at 10. But they cancelled at the last minute, so I was there an hour early for nothing. Oh well. Then I had the Chinese Ink Painting program at 3:30 with the teens and that worked out quite well. I was pleased.
After work the FWiB called and we talked til my phone battery gave out. At that point I was at 20th Ave waiting formashfanficchick and her mother. We went out for ice cream, not to Carvel but to their friend Danny's place, Five Pennies Creamery. Which was delicious and we hade a good time.
The Kid texted me and said that they had reached a decision about Christmas and want to have it in PA after all. *sigh* So we discussed that, and I called Oldest Brother and discussed it with him, and so it's decided, that's what we'll do.
Anyway, after all the phone calling back and forth we went to the ice cream place, and then after that we had dinner at a diner called The international Cafe. Pretty good.
And that's pretty much the whole day. Got to rush now because I'm getting up early to get to Manhattan tomorrow.
