My birthday!

So to make a very long story short, the situation with my key fob is resolved. It apparently was a problem with the door, rather than my fob. The door was apparently not working for a lot of fobs. At any rate, my fob is working now. This took two calls to the management company and several to the super.

So Oldest Brother came and kept me company til the fob situation was settled. Then we called mashfanficchick and arranged to pick her and her mother up. And we did.

The first thing we all did was get lunch at Panera. And then we went to Barnes and Noble and I spent out the gift cards I had, and a bit of money beyond that (plus mashfanficchick got some of my stuff as a birthday present) and had a lovely time.

We stayed there several hours, and then dropped mashfanficchick off at her class, and went with her mother to a nearby Dunkin' Donuts and had stuff. I got a strawberry milkshake from the Baskin and Robbins part. Then I called the FWiB and we talked.

Then we picked up mashfanficchick and went out to dinner at Uno. And there the bad thing of the day happened... I broke a tooth. Yup, a quarter of a molar is just gone. So tomorrow I have to call the dentist first thing and try to get an appointment.

On the brighter side I got texts from The Kid, and Dennise and from J, and lots of greetings on facebook, which was nice.

Now waiting for Oldest Brother to call saying he got in safely, then time for bed.
