Waiting for a pickup

silver_chipmunkI'm going to spend the night at mashfanficchick's tonight in order to facilitate getting to Oldest Brother's birthday party tomorrow. So I'm waiting for them to pick me up.
So in other news... for a Friday the 13th this has so far (knock on wood) been a pretty good day. Work was mostly quiet. The weather was beautiful. The FWiB and I talked and had a nice conversation. I went to Boston Market for dinner as usual and then my meeting, which was good. And although it was a near thing, I made the bus coming home. So that's all pretty good.
So after I finish writing my journal I'm going to go pack for the night. I just finished wrapping Oldest Brother's presents. So I'm just about ready to go.
