Another vet trip for the turtle

silver_chipmunkWork was pretty good, I did the gaming program and had a fair number of kids. I have started playing chess with one of them, Aeris. Yes, that's really her name.
After work I called the FWiB and we talked on my way home. Then when I got here I got the turtle ready for transport and waited formashfanficchick and her mother, and we took her to the vet. We had to wait a long time because there was an emergency before us, but when we did get seen it was fairly quick. She got another shot. I think she is getting better.
After the vet, we took the turtle hme and made a trip to Petco, making it just before closing. I ot a combo pack of light bulbs, a basking light, and a UVB bulb. since I only have one fixture at the moment I currently have the UVB bulb installed.
After Petco we went to Uno for dinner. I have pizza, which was good.
When I came home my key fob wouldn't work again. I tried calling the super but the only number I thought I had was unavailable. There was no one around to ask for help so I did what I hated even thinking about doing, I started ringing bells. And got someone scary-angry at me, but at least I got in.
I got another number for the super and called that, got no answer, left a message. I'll try all three numbers I have tomorrow.
